Execute and improve deposit operations including exception handling, dispute resolution, account reviews, reconciliations, regulatory compliance, and core banking system support. Temporary role supporting accurate, timely processing of domestic (and some international) wire transfers. Lead and oversee the Credit Underwriting department, ensuring consistent application of loan policy, managing a team of seven, approving or recommending credit actions, coordinating renewals, establishing underwriting standards and internal controls, supporting audit/regulatory reviews, preparing committee and board materials, and driving technology adoption to improve efficiency and risk accuracy.
