Lead and manage multiple ERP software implementation projects from planning through go-live. Serve as primary client contact, run kickoffs and touchpoints, maintain project plans and communications, allocate resources across teams, deliver stakeholder updates, document lessons learned, and support delivery and revenue objectives.

Work with clients to discover, extract, and migrate data from legacy systems using SQL, Python, Bash, and reporting tools. Perform data acquisition, develop extraction methods and process automations, collaborate with developers and consultants, and deliver high-quality customer service across multiple client engagements.
