Serve as first point of contact for prospects and clients: handle calls, emails, and in-person interactions; send sales letters; follow up on estimates and close leads; measure properties; write proposals; communicate job details to the team; document client interactions; and process invoices and payments. Work occurs both in-office and on-site.
