Manages customer-funded software development and research projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, resources, and deliverables remain aligned. Serves as the primary customer contact, leads status meetings and demonstrations, translates contracts and requirements into development activities, coordinates cross-functional Agile teams, supports release planning, tracks financials and KPIs, and improves software and operations processes.
