Graphic Design and Illustration Intern supporting illustrated books for children and adults. Responsibilities include developing illustration concepts, preparing artwork, designing social media projects, Bible designs, and book covers, and collaborating with creative, marketing, production, and publishing teams. The intern will receive mentorship, present a portfolio, and gain experience across the publishing process.

Provides frontline technology support across office, remote, warehouse, and distribution environments. Troubleshoots hardware, software, access, printing, connectivity, conference-room, and workplace technology issues; administers endpoints, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune; manages onboarding, offboarding, and IT assets; documents solutions; supports secure technology practices; and contributes to process improvement, automation, and knowledge sharing.

Acquire and manage fiction titles from proposal through publication. Evaluate manuscripts, recommend acquisitions, negotiate author and agent agreements, guide editorial development, coordinate cross-functional publication projects, research publishing trends and reader markets, prepare sales materials, and represent titles in internal meetings and industry events. The role also builds relationships with authors and agents while ensuring alignment with Tyndale’s Christian mission and Statement of Faith.

Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns for English and Spanish nonfiction book titles across consumer and trade audiences. Present plans to authors and agents, create copy and creative direction for digital, social, email, video, website, and media outreach, equip sales teams, manage budgets and projects, and use data insights to guide decisions. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish fluency, collaboration across departments, occasional travel, and alignment with Tyndale’s Christian mission.

Provide administrative and project support to PR and Marketing teams: coordinate eblasts, press materials, media tracking, mailings of ARCs, maintain title data, manage promotions, process invoices, and assist with social media and seasonal marketing operations.
