Provides administrative and clerical support to development, construction, and property management teams. Responsibilities include scheduling, guest support, document preparation, database updates, office supply and equipment coordination, mail handling, filing, proofreading, calendar management, conference room upkeep, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, professionalism, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with construction management software such as Procore.

Processes and manages accounts payable transactions for a portfolio of properties, including invoice review, reconciliations, payment inquiries, audit documentation, and month-end close support. Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, enforces AP policies, prepares reports, and identifies process improvements.

Analyze property performance, occupancy, and market data to optimize pricing and ancillary revenue (parking, storage, pet fees, utilities). Build reports and dashboards, recommend pricing strategies, support budgeting/forecasting, implement revenue-management systems, and partner with operations and leadership to drive portfolio revenue improvements.
