Administer and maintain SOC/NOC tools (SIEM, SOAR, network monitoring), monitor and optimize system performance, apply security controls and patches, troubleshoot incidents, develop automation scripts, and maintain system documentation and configurations.

Monitor SIEM events, network traffic, and endpoint logs to triage and investigate security incidents. Collect relevant data, document investigations, create customer alert notifications, and escalate complex incidents to Tier 2 or incident responders.

Administer and maintain 30+ AWS RDS databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server). Design and implement AWS DMS synchronization, perform performance tuning, backup/recovery and disaster recovery testing, manage configuration/parameter groups, monitor and audit logs, enforce encryption and security groups, and support day-to-day DBMS operations. Must report onsite in Washington, D.C. full time.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support SAP integration solutions using SAP PI/PO and modern API frameworks. Assess integration feasibility, produce technical integration documentation, and share best practices across teams.

Serve as servant leader and chief Scrum Master for an Agile Release Train (ART). Facilitate PI events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt), remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, drive continuous improvement, and report program progress to leadership to deliver predictable, high-quality software to the warfighter.
