Perform cyber tool testing in virtualized environments (vSphere/ESXi), develop and run tests using C/C++, Python and Bash, analyze logs and test-result databases, write reports and documentation (GitLab/Jira/Confluence), recommend tool/environment improvements, lead a small team, and support classified government missions.

Develop and maintain cloud-native Java applications and microservices (Spring Boot) on AWS. Integrate Apache Kafka for event streaming, implement CI/CD pipelines, containerize with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes/OpenShift. Optimize performance, ensure security best practices, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with architects, DevOps, and product teams.

Lead site-level Secure Operations Center support for Azure, Office365 and AAD across Livesite Engineering, Identity, Network, Tech Ops and Customer Experience. Manage 24x7x365 operations, collaborate across teams, brief customers, supervise staff, support regional travel and shift schedules, and ensure operational readiness and documentation.
