Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for a consolidated enterprise data platform. Conduct user research and usability testing, apply human-centered and atomic design, build within a shared design system, and partner with developers to implement accessible, cohesive workflows for federal customers.

Lead requirements analysis and process improvement within Agile teams to ensure successful application migrations. Integrate static/dynamic analysis and vulnerability scanning, implement automated tests, manage cloud infrastructure and IaC, ensure compliance, and remediate security vulnerabilities. Requires Kubernetes expertise and technical documentation.

Lead cloud operations for a large-scale PeopleSoft ecosystem on OCI, managing upgrades, patching, performance, security/compliance (STIGs/RMF/FedRAMP), DR, incident response, and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, mission-critical HR/pay systems.

Support end-to-end integration and configuration of Nuvolo and ServiceNow, manage CMDB governance and change requests, maintain CI data across Jira/Confluence/GitHub, support Agile/DevOps release management, and provide technical subject-matter expertise and documentation.

Lead enterprise system architecture activities: define and maintain architecture artifacts and frameworks, produce models and views, evaluate technologies, assess change impacts, enable reuse/standardization, facilitate architecture review boards, ensure security compliance, maintain repositories, and provide guidance to development teams.

Lead a specialized threat-hunting team to proactively identify advanced malicious activity across networks and high-value assets. Develop and execute hunt hypotheses using threat models and CTI, coordinate with SOC to create detections, propose corrective actions, and report findings to leadership while deconflicting with asset owners.
