Design, build, and maintain complex, mission‑critical software systems including real‑time systems, large‑scale data environments, analytics pipelines, and enterprise applications. Translate requirements into designs, implement features in Python, integrate systems and cloud platforms, optimize databases and algorithms, troubleshoot defects, and produce technical documentation and test artifacts.

Build, maintain, and operate ETL/ELT data pipelines for an enterprise data platform. Support deployment via IaC, monitor and troubleshoot pipelines, run data quality checks, document processes, and collaborate with senior engineers to test and deploy features in a mission-critical government environment.

Design, build, and maintain complex software for mission-critical federal systems. Develop Python-based solutions, algorithms, database interactions, integrations, and cloud-ready services. Troubleshoot, test, document, and optimize performance for real-time and large-scale data environments while supporting system integration and validation.

Support and maintain government hybrid cloud environments on Azure. Assist in provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, security). Collaborate on architecture, platform integration (PaaS/IaaS), develop reference architectures, respond to support tickets, and participate in maintenance under senior engineer guidance.

Serve as the liaison between cloud platform teams and application stakeholders across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Drive cloud adoption, create golden-path guidance, assess platform capabilities, prioritize enhancements, enable self-service onboarding, and promote security-by-design. Translate technical requirements into roadmaps, manage backlogs and user stories, and facilitate stakeholder feedback to ensure scalable, secure, and consumable cloud services.

Configure and maintain SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and REST to automate business processes, improve knowledge management, and design intuitive user experiences. Support DoD procedures and policies, build workflows (Nitro Forms), and optionally develop with Python and Microsoft PowerBI/PowerApps. Must hold active TS/SCI clearance.

Assess existing infrastructure and plan, deploy, and maintain application and data migrations to AWS and other cloud platforms. Support environment deployment, manage AWS government resources, and ensure security requirements are met.

Design and govern the enterprise data ecosystem: define enterprise data model, storage standards (lakes/warehouses/databases), and ingestion/ETL/ELT pipelines. Embed data governance, quality, and protection with GRC/security teams to ensure FAIR data and enable analytics and AI/ML at scale.

Design, build, and automate ETL pipelines using Python and SQL; integrate and transform structured and unstructured data from databases, APIs, and files; implement data quality checks, validation, monitoring, and scalable data models; provide Palantir tooling guidance and support for analytics-ready datasets.

Design, assess, and support DoD cyber operations by evaluating systems, policies, and infrastructure; perform data-driven analysis, craft policy/guidance, recommend mitigations, and support Global Malware Exploitation Center POA&Ms.
