Must own code, prioritize security, and operate with an active TS/SCI clearance.

Apply quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and decision science to conduct business case analyses, Analyses of Alternatives, trade-off studies, and risk assessments. Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and financial analysts to quantify uncertainties, produce sensitivity analyses and decision briefs, and recommend cost-, schedule-, and performance-based options for federal programs.

Design, implement, and maintain Oracle EBS environments and integrations with Oracle SOA/OSB and IDM. Support production operations, performance tuning, cloning, automation, patching, security/admin tasks, troubleshooting, and proactive monitoring across the stack with OCI expertise.

Lead and manage IT and telecommunications programs for federal clients, aligning strategy, resources, budgets, and schedules. Oversee program performance and compliance, train and mentor staff, collaborate with federal and contractor teams, and present to government stakeholders. Ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements within Federal regulations.
