Design and deliver high-level ServiceNow architecture for federal clients. Advise on system strategy, infrastructure, database standards, technology selection, and feasibility of future projects. Lead ServiceNow implementations and guide technical teams across SDLC methodologies.

Embed with federal clients to design, build, and deploy production-grade Palantir Foundry solutions and data pipelines. Translate disparate data into ontologies and applications, iterate rapidly, and deliver measurable operational impact while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Perform malware analysis and reverse engineering, incident handling, and log/system analysis to identify adversary TTPs. Produce technical reports, detection/mitigation strategies, MD5 signature updates, and brief leadership. Support PeopleSoft functional configuration, requirements analysis, testing (including UAT), troubleshooting, documentation, training, and data analysis using SQL/PeopleSoft Query Manager. Collaborate with stakeholders, assist senior analysts on process improvements, and provide ongoing functional support for PeopleSoft modules.

Work with stakeholders to analyze and design ServiceNow-based business processes, gather requirements, develop user stories, create process documentation and test plans, support QA and SDLC activities, and assist Organizational Change Management to drive adoption of ServiceNow solutions.

Design and deploy ICAM capabilities for on‑premise and cloud environments using DevSecOps. Translate risk, policy, and investigative insights into Zero Trust aligned engineering and architecture. Build prototypes, perform technical analysis, and recommend secure, cost‑effective solutions while collaborating with leadership and stakeholders.

Manage and support delivery of a federal cybersecurity program across 16 service areas. Oversee contractor teams, maintain program documentation and contract deliverables (PMP, status reports), monitor risks and performance, coordinate task assignments, and serve as government-facing point of contact when needed to ensure contract compliance and mission alignment.
