Manage cyclic inventory, accountability, and distribution of all property for the Muscatatuck Training Center MACC-TTE. Oversee procurement using CHESS and GFEBS, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, execute contracts, conduct market research, and coordinate with stakeholders to support Army supply operations and property accountability.

Oversee daily operations of the MACC-TTE cyber training/testing center. Manage customer support for events, integrate sponsor requirements, control projects/budgets/schedules, serve as primary POC, be on-site during regular duty hours, and act as backup to the Program Manager as needed.

Validate system functionality by defining test methodologies, executing performance evaluations, enforcing QA standards, coordinating system integration across teams, and leading technical assignments and supervising teams in support of federal/DoD customers.

Manage all aspects of the Muscatatuck Advanced Cyber Center (MACC-TTE), directing contractor personnel, overseeing program plans, schedules, metrics, reporting, briefings, and high-level DoD engagements for testing, training, and experimentation.

Plan and book domestic and international employee travel, verify travel orders, handle travel authorizations and special routing, assist with OCONUS travel, reconcile travel expenses, provide customer service, and perform limited office administrative duties.

Ensure IT solutions meet technical and security requirements; perform software development, system integration, troubleshooting, and performance improvements. Work independently across areas, lead major technical assignments, and supervise teams.

Designs and documents network architecture; selects hardware/software; tests and evaluates communications technologies. Monitors system resources, writes basic scripts, manages VPNs, troubleshoots production issues, performs systems security administration, and responds to IT security incidents.

Lead enterprise data governance, integration, metadata, and quality initiatives. Define policies for access, lineage, and lifecycle. Collaborate with cloud and cybersecurity teams, ensure federal compliance, and advise stakeholders on secure, interoperable data services.

Support IT financial planning for government/intelligence initiatives: develop and manage IT program budgets, analyze costs and trends, produce reports and forecasts, monitor expenditures for compliance, advise leadership, and collaborate with program and technical teams to align financial plans with objectives.

Maintain and organize PMO documentation with version control; analyze and optimize business processes; develop and standardize templates and frameworks; track deliverables and timelines; ensure Agile and Waterfall methodology compliance; produce timely project reporting; collaborate with PMs to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
