The Executive Director serves as IMCI’s chief executive, leading organizational strategy, operations, finances, compliance, government contracts, programs, fundraising, staff development, risk management, and Board relations. The role represents the nonprofit in the community and builds partnerships with residents, government agencies, funders, service providers, businesses, schools, faith communities, and civic organizations. The leader ensures accountable governance, measurable community impact, sustainable finances, regulatory compliance, and high-quality services for underserved individuals and families.
