Maintains accurate equipment records, tracks assignments and maintenance, conducts audits, organizes secure storage, handles shipments, and coordinates repairs and vendors. The role requires safety and legal compliance, basic computer proficiency, physical lifting ability, and strong attention to detail.

Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, compliance, and scheduling for new hires. Supervise the HR Recruiter, monitor staffing needs in WinTeam, coordinate with Client Managers and Operations, finalize hires in Paycom, verify credentials and employment documentation, and ensure new employees are assigned schedules and post orders. Report hiring and staffing progress while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
