Provide day-to-day operational support for the school across communication, data reporting, enrollment, events, facilities, finance/purchasing, and technology. Manage school information systems, support families and staff, oversee inventory and invoices, assist with maintenance requests, attend outreach events, and provide basic IT/device support. Work closely with leadership, board, staff, families and external partners; may work evenings and weekends as needed.

Lead non-instructional school operations and technology systems, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance (NYSED/SUNY), vendor coordination, budget support, staff supervision, and development of systems and SOPs to support daily school functioning and events.
