Greet and assist customers as the dealerships front-line contact, manage inbound switchboard and call routing, coordinate inquiries with departments, provide administrative backup, and help resolve customer issues while maintaining company policies and safety standards.

Handle incoming sales and service inquiries by phone and internet, schedule and confirm appointments, follow up on leads and missed appointments, track sold vehicles and hot sheets, and coordinate with dealership departments to convert leads into showroom visits.

Handle inbound and outbound internet and phone leads, manage CRM and inventory systems, generate sales appointments, present vehicles, negotiate sales, prepare customers for financing, and complete vehicle delivery.
