The Human Resources Generalist manages employee relations, disciplinary processes, investigations, compliance, benefits, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, employment verifications, legal filings, HRIS administration, reporting, and training documentation. The role advises managers, supports safety and accommodation programs, maintains employment-law compliance, and partners with HR leadership. This is primarily an in-office position in Ocoee, Florida, with potential hybrid flexibility after establishing team relationships.

Supports the sales team with call routing, customer assistance, sales opportunity entry and tracking, reporting, project documentation, research, filing, and document management. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, communication, phone etiquette, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. This is a fully in-person administrative position at the Ocoee branch.
