Serve as the liaison between customers, dealers, sales and operations to qualify and route leads, support sales follow-up, process and monitor orders in CRM/ERP, maintain customer data, respond to inquiries, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and strong dealer relationships.
