Manage and support daily Head Start/EHS center operations, ensuring compliance with Head Start and Texas licensing standards. Provide guidance to center staff, oversee staffing, training, monitoring, purchasing, and community partnerships, and support program development, reporting, and on-site monitoring. Travel and on-site work at centers required.

Lead and execute the organization's comprehensive fundraising strategy across major gifts, annual giving, grants, corporate sponsorships, planned giving, events, and donor stewardship. Manage development staff, CRM and grant processes, budgets, and performance metrics; cultivate major donors, foundations, and partners; collaborate with executive leadership, board, and cross-functional teams to meet fundraising goals and ensure compliance and long-term financial sustainability.
