Provide administrative HR support during the fall semester: organize physical and digital records, assist with open enrollment and special projects, cover front desk duties, and maintain confidential employee information.

Process accurate payrolls and manage benefits administration using payroll software. Review timesheets, verify earnings/deductions, handle new-hire paperwork and enrollments, conduct audits, update HR records, answer employee benefit questions, and support recruiting, onboarding, and HR projects. Fully in-person role with clerical duties and occasional physical tasks.

Own and operate company infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (XCP-ng/VMware/Hyper-V), Docker container hosts, SQL Server administration, storage and cloud coordination. Drive capacity planning, modernization, documentation, runbooks, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with development on database and container needs.
