Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through retention strategies, proactive communication, issue resolution, business reviews, reporting, and upselling. Serve as the primary customer contact while collaborating with sales, operations, logistics, technical, and marketing teams. Monitor KPIs, manage sales pipelines, identify service opportunities, and improve account profitability and customer outcomes. The role also uses CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office, and AI tools to support account management and decision-making.

Conduct outbound prospecting and generate new B2B opportunities through calls, email, and LinkedIn. Manage the full sales cycle for transactional ITAD opportunities, including qualification, quoting, negotiation, and closing. Collaborate with field sales on strategic accounts, manage smaller and mid-market relationships, achieve activity and revenue targets, and maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.

Build and lead DMD’s Inside Sales function from the ground up. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding sales representatives, creating playbooks and pipeline processes, defining collaboration rules with Field Sales, delivering training and coaching, managing forecasts and performance targets, and aligning with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership.
