Manage day-to-day financial operations, fund accounting, monthly reporting, audits, tax filings (Form 990), budgeting, investment and banking relationships, accounts receivable/payable, fixed asset records, and financial reporting for the board and leadership. Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, grant reporting support, and collaboration with Development, HR, and external service providers.
