Florida-licensed, client-facing attorney to join the Naples office. Handle estate planning, trust administration, corporate transactions, M&A, litigation, and general Florida law. Must reside in Florida, have courtroom experience, attend in-person client meetings in Naples, and be willing to appear in court. Hybrid schedule may be available.

Manage litigation matters from inception to resolution including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, arbitration, and trial. Conduct legal research, draft motions and filings, collaborate on case strategy, attend court events, and maintain client relationships.

Provide comprehensive litigation support including drafting and finalizing pleadings and discovery, managing court filings and deadlines, organizing case files and exhibits, assisting with legal research and trial preparation, coordinating calendars and communications with clients and courts, tracking billable time and expenses, and maintaining document and docketing systems.

Provide paralegal support across corporate, real estate, and estate planning matters: manage client files, coordinate signings and notarizations, prepare court filings, conduct legal and financial research, draft and proof documents, maintain templates and calendars, track expenses, and deliver empathetic client service while maintaining confidentiality.
