Senior finance executive leading enterprise financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and finance transformation. Partners with the CFO and leadership to translate strategy into plans, oversee reporting and board-level analysis, guide capital allocation and cost optimization, and provide financial leadership to supply chain and procurement. Drives modernization of finance systems, analytics, processes, and organization capability while hiring and developing high-performing teams and promoting data-driven decision making.

Support corporate tax by preparing audit-ready workpapers, tax filings, and monthly journal entries; analyze sales and provision data by state; reconcile tax accounts; support audits, R&D credits, ACH tax payments, and system implementations; communicate with internal teams and third parties to meet quarterly and annual deadlines.

Manage routine application, technology, and IT infrastructure projects: plan schedules, track scope, risks, issues, budgets, and documentation; coordinate resources, stakeholders, vendors, and communications; enforce governance, deliver status updates, and lead project closeout and transitions to operations.

Design, build, and support enterprise data pipelines, databases, integrations, BI/reporting, and AI/automation solutions. Lead migrations, optimize ETL/ELT, ensure database performance/security, deploy analytics and generative AI capabilities, and mentor junior team members.

Provide phone and test-bench technical support for AAON digital HVAC controls. Troubleshoot and assist field technicians with hardware I/O, site startup, wiring schematics, and applications; escalate to engineering as needed. Perform administrative duties, occasional travel, and after-hours/weekend/holiday support.
