Lead plant-level FP&A as the embedded finance partner to plant leadership. Own budgeting, driver-based forecasting, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, costing mechanics, inventory and capex support, SOX-aware controls, and lead a small plant finance team while serving as a hands-on contributor and SAP power user.

Design and model electrical systems and assemblies for HVAC equipment, create and review schematics, automate BOM and schematic generation, collaborate with engineering and production, support prototypes and production launches, apply DFMEA/PFMEA/CFD/FEA analyses, ensure compliance with UL/CE/NEC/IBC/NFPA, and mentor less-experienced team members.

Lead receiving and inventory activities: stage, sort, label, and maintain inventory; perform cycle counts; reject and log non-conforming goods; conduct daily forklift inspections; coordinate personnel for efficient operations; support cross-trained warehouse functions and cover team lead duties as needed.

Analyze costs and market data to develop and maintain pricing models, monitor competitor and customer behavior, support pricing strategies and new product introductions, prepare pricing reports and dashboards, collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and ERP teams, maintain pricing databases, assist quote reviews, and identify process improvements to drive profitability.

Lead strategic R&D and product development: research and validate emerging technologies, design mechanical/electrical/control systems, build and test prototypes, author proposals and technical reports, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor engineering teams, manage BOMs/PLM/ERP integration, and evaluate feasibility, risk, and profitability for new products.

Support product planning and implementation for AAON HVAC products: define specifications, maintain product documentation and ECat tables, analyze test data to meet DOE/ASHRAE/AHRI standards, provide engineering applications, warranty and aftermarket support, coordinate vendors, review electrical diagrams, and assist cross-departmental communications. Travel for testing or field review as needed.

Designs and modifies electrical and controls systems for production HVAC equipment, specifies components, supports prototypes and production, performs testing/troubleshooting, creates BOMs, documentation, cost estimates, and ensures compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

Coordinate daily inventory control and warehouse activities to ensure material availability for production. Conduct cycle counts, audits, reconcile discrepancies, organize storage, train staff, support receiving/shipping, analyze inventory trends, and drive process improvements while enforcing safety and compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Manage day-to-day workers' compensation program in a fully insured environment: coordinate claims with carriers and medical providers, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain records, investigate incidents, support return-to-work programs, provide guidance to management, analyze claim trends, and assist with complex or litigated cases.

Design and modify HVAC equipment and prototype diagrams, perform mechanical CAD modeling and simulations, support testing (CFD/FEA), lead and mentor junior designers, manage ECNs, create BOMs/cost estimates, ensure compliance with codes (UL, CE, NEC, IBC, NFPA), and support production and field issues.
