Provides a welcoming front-desk experience for children, families, staff, and visitors in an after-school program. Manages participant check-in and check-out, attendance, authorized pickups, and confidential documentation. Supports child supervision and a safe, inclusive environment while following YMCA policies for health, safety, emergencies, behavior, medical needs, and youth protection. Attends required trainings and reports safety concerns or suspected abuse according to mandated reporting requirements.
