Manage client relationships and support high-profile branding projects through project coordination, scheduling, creative approvals, status reporting, scope and timeline assistance, proofreading/QA, budget and financial tracking, and ownership of projects in PM software. Facilitate internal meetings, prepare client reports, and support day-to-day account and traffic responsibilities to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to C-level executives: manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, expense reporting, and stakeholder communications; prepare executive materials and presentations; coordinate agency workflows, onboarding, and events; maintain organized digital systems and drive process improvements across operations.
