Oversees administrative and operational functions for a higher-education department, including student and faculty support, payment processing, course scheduling updates, website and bulletin communications, records management, classroom logistics, and procurement. Provides curricular and administrative support to department chairs, assists with accreditation and strategic initiatives, maintains academic information, and coordinates departmental events and facilities needs.

Provides administrative and operational support to the BFA Animation Department, including reception, scheduling, records and database maintenance, inventory, communications, event logistics, shipping, and office coordination. Supports screenings, exhibitions, artist talks, admissions events, conferences, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials. Maintains accurate confidential records and collaborates with students, faculty, staff, vendors, guests, and administrators in an onsite academic arts environment.

Operate audio, lighting, film/digital projection and video camera equipment during events; mix live sound; troubleshoot technical issues; support Technical Director; work variable part-time hours for screenings, lectures, conferences, and festivals.

Advises students and alumni on career development, job searches, portfolios, networking, and interviews. Co-manages the Internship-for-Credit program using 12twenty, teaches its Canvas course, and maintains student and employer records. Designs career workshops, panels, portfolio reviews, and career fairs; builds creative-industry employer relationships; supports assessment, survey reporting, analytics, and departmental administration. Provides faculty advising, mentorship, and coordinator support.
