Supervises Sharps Technicians and daily medical waste service operations across healthcare facilities. Coordinates staffing, schedules, training, safety compliance, container collection and transportation, inventory, documentation, and customer service. Resolves operational issues, monitors employee performance, supports regulatory compliance, and provides hands-on technician coverage when needed. The role requires extensive travel between customer facilities and flexibility outside normal business hours.

The Accountant will support month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, property taxes, rebates, financial analysis, bank matching, and annual audits. The role also involves improving accounting workflows, using AI tools to streamline processes, and contributing to cross-functional projects. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, US GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills.
