Manages a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations, advising boards, facilitating meetings, preparing budgets and financial reports, interpreting governing documents, overseeing collections and payments, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing vendors and contracts, and handling homeowner communications and emergencies.

Supports community managers with homeowner communications, administrative tasks, meeting preparation, compliance inspections, work orders, repairs, escrow and resale requests, vendor bids, association mailings, and customer service. The role serves as a primary contact for homeowners across assigned HOA portfolios and requires strong organization, communication, presentation, computer, and time-management skills. Travel throughout King, Pierce, and Thurston Counties may be required.
