Leads daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and compliance. Supervises and develops accounting staff, improves processes, analyzes financial results, and partners with operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two remote.
