Manage day-to-day operations of a 300–400 unit scattered-site residential portfolio including leasing, rent collection, evictions, owner relations, marketing, inspections, maintenance oversight, and supervising onsite staff to meet owner objectives.

Manage a small residential portfolio (100-150 units) and support Portfolio Managers with rent collections, lease renewals, notices to vacate, owner and resident communication, vendor coordination, inspections, marketing/leasing to reduce vacancies, and accurate recordkeeping using property management software.
