The Accounting Coordinator performs general accounting, grant accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation. Responsibilities include monitoring federal and state grant compliance, reviewing subrecipient budgets and invoices, preparing journal entries and budget-to-actual reports, maintaining financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
