Leads strategic fundraising initiatives, translating advancement priorities into work plans, measurable goals, dashboards, and accountable execution. Serves as the Advancement team’s Salesforce champion, overseeing CRM data quality, prospect and moves management, reporting, workflows, and staff enablement. Partners with the Chief Advancement Officer by preparing donor and executive engagements, tracking priorities, and coordinating cross-functional projects. Monitors fundraising performance, pipeline health, campaigns, events, and revenue outcomes while providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
