Provide real-time customer service via ITM, phone, chat, video and email. Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and account transactions; handle account inquiries, resolve complaints, promote bank products, perform end-of-day balancing, and follow security, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

Manage the bank's Treasury Management program including client onboarding, sales and relationship development, customer training and support for treasury products (online banking, ACH, wires, remote deposit, merchant services), fraud prevention, compliance, audits and risk reviews, profitability analysis, and collaboration with bank officers to grow deposit and treasury relationships.

Analyze financial statements and credit data to assess borrower creditworthiness; prepare loan presentations, perform annual loan reviews, rate loans, review collateral valuations, assist with underwriting, monitoring delinquent loans, and support loan documentation and committee presentations.
