Manage HR and employee relations functions including labor relations and collective bargaining, HR administration, benefits and risk management, recruitment and onboarding, compliance with employment laws, training and performance management, HR policy and handbook maintenance, HRIS and records management, and supervise the Human Resources Coordinator.
