Lead, train, motivate, and retain a high-performing dealership sales team. Drive sales goals, oversee the full sales lifecycle, collaborate with other departments, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with driving/record requirements.

Sell vehicles and deliver exceptional customer service at a high-volume dealership. Guide customers through the sales process, meet performance targets, participate in training, and work a five-day schedule including rotating Saturdays. Must hold a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check.
