Lead hotel financial operations including reporting, budgeting, cash and capital expenditure control, accounts receivable, audits, and compliance. Advise General Manager and corporate ownership, participate on the Executive Committee, manage finance staff, enforce SOPs, and perform financial analysis and policy interpretation to safeguard assets and optimize profitability.

Provide high-touch executive support to Senior Leadership while managing daily corporate office operations. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting preparation and note-taking, vendor and facilities management, office budgeting and procurement, workplace coordination, event support, and confidential correspondence. Acts as liaison across stakeholders and supports HR on culture and safety initiatives.

Direct and supervise hotel financial operations, ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting, cash controls, budgets, capital expenditure oversight, accounts receivable management, reconciliations, and executive-level financial analysis and communication with ownership and corporate offices.

Drive group revenue by prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing high-value corporate, association, and social group business. Manage account details, coordinate internal departments, conduct site inspections, attend trade shows, prepare reports, and maintain market knowledge to deliver luxury, boutique group experiences aligned with brand standards.

Manage and grow group sales accounts to achieve revenue goals for rooms, food & beverage, and room rental. Solicit new business via prospecting, presentations, contracts, and negotiations; coordinate internal departments to service accounts; attend trade shows and industry events; prepare reports and lead sales-related meetings.

Lead all HR functions for the hotel including recruiting, training, wage and benefits administration, compliance with federal/state/local laws, employee relations, performance appraisal oversight, and supporting management to meet staffing and business objectives.

Manage and process weekly/biweekly payrolls accurately and on time; train and support properties on payroll procedures; process off-cycle checks, reversals, and voids; audit and reconcile payroll data; produce ad hoc reports; perform related HR/payroll duties as assigned.
