Support hotel sales by acting as liaison for Sales Managers, taking booking inquiries, preparing paperwork, managing phone communications, handling VIP reservations, entering data and producing documents using office software, organizing and filing records, distributing time-sensitive documents, and performing general administrative duties.

Support hotel finance operations by reconciling ledgers, posting city ledger payments, processing and coding invoices and purchase orders, managing credit card and vendor reconciliations, maintaining payment and invoice records, and assisting the Director of Finance with financial reporting and controls.

Direct and supervise the hotel's financial activities, ensure accurate GAAP-compliant reporting, manage budgeting and capital expenditure control, oversee accounts receivable and cash controls, support executive committee and corporate reporting, and lead the finance department including staffing, audits, and policy compliance.
