Support the Controller with daily accounting and cash management for the hotel: reconcile ledgers and credit cards, post city ledger payments, process and code invoices and purchase orders, handle vendor inquiries, audit payroll, maintain financial logs and files, perform ad-hoc reporting, and ensure timely invoice and payroll processing in accordance with GAAP and company standards.

Drive group and transient sales to meet revenue goals across rooms, food & beverage, and event space. Solicit new and existing accounts via prospecting, presentations, site visits, and contract negotiation. Coordinate internal departments to service accounts, attend trade shows and industry events, prepare sales correspondence and reports, and participate in sales meetings and strategy. Mentor and lead staff while maintaining market knowledge and ensuring high guest satisfaction.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, website, and on-property channels. Create and manage creative content and assets, coordinate vendors and event marketing, maintain brand consistency, manage social media and website content, support guest communications and on-property collateral, process vendor paperwork, and assist with reporting and analytics.

Support the Director of Finance in hotel financial operations: prepare financial statements, manage accounting and A/R functions, reconcile balance sheet accounts, enforce finance SOPs, supervise accounting staff and scheduling, and ensure compliance with tax and record-retention requirements.

Responsible for income audit processes and payroll oversight. Reconciles night audit receivables, posts and bills city ledger accounts, reconciles credit card backups, manages purchase orders and invoices, handles vendor inquiries and reconciliations, maintains financial records and logs, and supports Controller with discrepancies and reporting.

Manage daily HR operations and payroll for the hotel: benefits administration and enrollments, recruiting and onboarding support, payroll processing and reconciliation, training staff on payroll/timekeeping systems, maintaining employee records, compliance (eligibility verifications, drug tests, references), ad hoc reporting, and assisting Finance and HR leadership with programs and events.

Lead and supervise hotel financial operations, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, manage budgets and capital expenditures, control cash and receivables, reconcile accounts, support Executive Committee, audit compliance, and coach the finance team to optimize financial performance and owner/corporate reporting.

Senior commercial leader responsible for integrated sales, marketing, catering, PR, and business development strategies to maximize resort-wide revenue, market share, and asset value. Partners with revenue management, leads reporting, develops commercial plans, and recruits and coaches a high-performing commercial team across guestrooms, events, F&B, spa, golf, winery programming, and ancillary streams.

Support the Director of Sales in managing hotel sales operations: lead and coach sales staff, develop and solicit accounts, create proposals and contracts, conduct presentations and market outreach, coordinate client event requirements with departments, and assist with hiring, training, and performance management.

Sell and manage group accounts to achieve revenue goals across rooms, food & beverage, and room rental. Prospect, present, negotiate, close business, coordinate hotel departments, attend trade shows, and maintain client relationships while tracking opportunities and reporting.
