Process and coordinate purchase and REO title transactions through closing. Prepare closing disclosures and HUD-1 settlement statements, assemble closing packages, review documentation and lien payoffs, coordinate with transaction parties, complete disbursements, and resolve or escalate issues. The role requires real estate closing experience, strong attention to detail, effective communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
