Provide administrative support to Health Services leadership: draft documents, manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, maintain records and electronic health records, screen calls/visitors, handle correspondence, assist with medical records tasks, complete required training, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with IHSC/ICE policies.

Lead and support end-to-end VMS and HR platform implementations: gather business requirements, configure CRM/ATS and Salesforce integrations, run UAT, provide client-facing demos and post-implementation support, maintain environments, and advise on best practices to ensure successful deployments.

Provide administrative and operational HR support including onboarding/offboarding, recruitment administration, HRIS records maintenance, reporting, training documentation, compliance assistance, and responding to routine employee inquiries while handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities in a fully remote environment.

Manage client invoices, payments, and supplier remittances; analyze contracts and account delinquencies; use SSRS, Power BI, and Excel for reporting and trend analysis; develop process-improvement strategies; support audits and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and executive management.
