We are currently seeking a Temporary Administrative Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the administrative functions required to gain and maintain security clearances and approval to work on government contracts. This person will work with the Credentialing team to meet department goals. This position is fully remote.

This position is dependent on contract award.

Job Duties

  • Administer security paperwork necessary for employment on government contracts including virtual paperwork completion sessions, coordinating fingerprint, scheduling, and follow up.
  • Coordinate and collect paperwork from new applicants in accordance with government requirements.
  • Provide timelines to complete the security process.
  • Modify, view, and make suggestions to ensure package submissions are accurate.
  • Track pipeline of submissions.
  • Communicate with applicants and company personnel in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Attend all required trainings sessions.
  • Meet accuracy standards and performance indicators established by the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience completing clerical or office work.
  • Experience using general office equipment including desktop computer, scanner, etc.
  • Must be able to use components of Microsoft Office Suite to complete tasks and possess the ability to learn additional software applications.
  • Experience with government security clearances.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Detailed-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Location Restrictions

  • This position is available only in approved work locations. The role is not open to applicants who reside in or will perform work in jurisdictions with compensation disclosure requirements that apply to this position. Work location eligibility will be confirmed during the application process.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently required to operate a computer and file and retrieve written documents.
  • Physical demands may include but are not limited to standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, and bending
