Summer legal interns gain practical immigration law experience by organizing case files, preparing application packets, responding to USCIS Requests for Evidence, maintaining databases, and supporting attorneys during client meetings and hearings. Contract Business Immigration Paralegal responsible for end-to-end preparation of employment-based immigration packets (I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539, I-485), ensuring USCIS compliance, organizing case files, meeting deadlines, and delivering submission-ready documentation with minimal supervision.

Lead employment-based immigration matters end-to-end: evaluate clients, formulate strategies (NIW, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 PERM, L-1, TN, H-1B, O-1, EB-5), draft filings and RFE responses, coordinate with staff, and provide in-person USCIS field office representation in Arizona. Serve as the firm's lead on legal quality, professional responsibility, and attorney supervision. Standardize legal strategy and filing quality, supervise 10+ attorneys across immigration practice areas, manage ethics and bar complaints, analyze RFE patterns to reduce risk, handle senior client escalations, and implement firm-wide practice improvements in high-volume legal settings.
