Processes and verifies vendor invoices, matches invoices with purchase orders and receiving records, resolves discrepancies, identifies duplicates, supports period-end accruals and reconciliations, responds to vendor inquiries, and maintains accurate payment documentation. The role also supports AP process improvements, system implementations, testing, automation, and other finance initiatives.
