Supports daily simulation center operations: set up and maintain simulation labs and equipment, run and troubleshoot AV and manikin software, assist faculty with scenarios and debriefing, manage supplies and inventory, perform academic support tasks (exam setup, records), and ensure safe, confidential learning environments.

Memorize scripts, accept physical exam maneuvers, complete checklists, provide constructive feedback, prepare exam rooms, attend scheduled sessions, and respond promptly to Clinical Skills staff.

Lead daily operations of the Center for Informatics & Analytics, manage Epic Cogito analytics/programs and a portfolio of projects, develop data governance and visualization strategies, supervise Epic Cogito analysts, ensure data quality/compliance, and collaborate with clinical and business leaders to deliver analytic solutions and program reporting.

Partners with management and HR centers of excellence to implement human resources strategies and programs. Advises managers on employee relations, performance management, progressive discipline, talent acquisition, compensation, policies, and employment law. Analyzes workforce data, including attrition, recruiting, compensation, and benefits, and supports organizational change, career paths, job ladders, and policy administration.

Leads the strategic direction and administration of human resources across community hospitals. Oversees workforce planning, recruitment, retention, talent development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, performance management, HR policies, and staff supervision. Partners with senior leadership to improve employee engagement, mitigate legal risks, support institutional planning, and build a diverse workforce.
