Serve as the museum's COO overseeing finance, accounting, HR, facilities, security, IT, risk management, visitor services, and vendor relations. Develop and monitor budgets, ensure financial controls and compliance, lead recruitment and performance management, improve operations and policies, advise the President/CEO and Board, coordinate audits and legal matters, and supervise departmental managers to align operations with institutional priorities and resources.
