Manage daily operation of a 45–50 vehicle loaner fleet: schedule check-outs/returns, track condition/mileage/fuel, coordinate maintenance, conduct walk-arounds, handle documentation, support service team, perform customer follow-up calls, and assist with service department administrative and operational tasks.

Lead and coach the dealership sales team to meet monthly and annual sales, gross profit, and CSI goals. Desk deals, structure transactions, recruit and mentor staff, manage inventory/pricing, monitor sales metrics, ensure compliance with Volkswagen and dealership policies, and maintain a visible leadership presence on the showroom floor.

Greet and guide customers through vehicle purchases, explain features and financing, arrange test drives, complete accurate paperwork, build long-term relationships, collaborate with teams, and meet sales targets.
