Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of professional learning for early childhood educators; manage LMS (LearnWorlds); oversee IACET accreditation; develop strategic workforce initiatives, partnerships, and events; supervise Education Support Team; use data to drive continuous improvement and ensure training quality and compliance.

Process VPK and School Readiness provider payments and attendance rosters, ensure compliance and audit readiness, reconcile disbursements, handle payment corrections, prepare reports, provide provider support and training, and maintain accurate documentation.

Lead implementation of early childhood education initiatives, manage IACET accreditation, oversee training and workforce programs, supervise the Education Support Team, coordinate LMS rollout and trainings, liaise with partners, and represent the organization at conferences.
